My name is Charlotte, and I am a British textile and surface pattern designer. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I unexpectedly found myself working in healthcare in Australia instead of travelling as planned.

This experience led me to create a brand called Soulful Scrubs, featuring vibrant, colourful, and fun nursing scrubs aimed at fostering positivity in healthcare environments. I studied art therapy and learned the profound impact colour can have on mental health, which further fuelled my passion for using colour to uplift moods. I saw firsthand the positive effects my bright scrub designs had on both patients and healthcare workers.

Now, my design work centres entirely on using colour to encourage positive behaviours and create uplifting environments.

I now collaborate with like-minded small business owners across Australia to create unique, eye-catching patterns that bring their products to life — adding a splash of excitement and personality!
