For physical products purchased through a third-party platform, shipping, processing times, and delivery are managed by that platform.

Charlotte Designs is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or any issues related to physical product delivery handled by third-party platforms.

For art prints, customers should contact Gelato regarding shipping inquiries via their Help Center.
