  • Charlotte Designs sells digital art and licenses surface pattern designs. All products are delivered digitally or fulfilled through third-party platforms.

  • For physical products purchased through a third-party platform, shipping, processing times, and delivery are managed by that platform.

  • Charlotte Designs is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or any issues related to physical product delivery handled by third-party platforms.

  • For art prints, customers should contact Gelato regarding shipping inquiries via their Help Center.

  • For swim shorts, customers should contact Printify regarding shipping inquiries via their Help Center or email them at merchantsupport@printify.com.

Digital Product Delivery

  • Digital products are available for download immediately after purchase or as specified by the platform.

  • No shipping fees apply to digital products.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • For issues with third-party fulfillment, please refer to the policies of the respective platform.
